  • Guidance around Microsoft Teams for education is being drafted by the ISSC and the central teaching support teams. In the meantime, for guidance please this guide on the helpdesk or consult the staff website;

  • For general technical questions you can contact the helpdesk;

Isn’t any of the above working out? The central remote teaching support team for both educational and technical questions can be contacted via the Remote Teaching section on the Helpdesk portal (facilitated by the Centre for Innovation and ISSC).
