Best practices on giving feedback
Providing feedback can be a sensitive thing to do, even though we know it’s part of Academia. In an online context, feedback is best given in a synchronous way. This means that the person receiving feedback has the opportunity to respond and ask questions. Therefore a video call or Kaltura LiveRoom session is recommended.
If it is not possible to use a synchronous method, it is recommended to provide feedback in a constructive way. There are different annotation tools and feedback models available.
